Niceville Local Veteran Chosen for Home for the Holidays Home Renovation

The B-Team, Schuyler Black and Bobby Dewrell of 100.3 K-ROCK, announced on air December 18 that local veteran Ronald Hall of Niceville is their Home for The Holidays recipient.

The Home for The Holidays contest offered an opportunity for a struggling family, homebound individual, veteran, and others in need of new flooring and deep home cleaning to have their wishes come true.

Ronald, who was nominated by his daughter Rhonda Fuller, will receive help this holiday season with 1,500-square-feet of flooring and installation provided by Carr’s Floor Trader Design Outlet. Happy Planet Cleaners will then give Ronald a deep, total home cleaning and organization.

Ronald served in the U.S. Air Force USAF for 20 years (1970 to 1990) and retired as a Master Sergeant and served as an aircraft mechanic. After retiring, golf was his passion until April 2022 when he had a stroke.

Dan Carr, Sales/Owner from Carr’s Floor Trader, congratulated Ronald on winning the 2023 Home for the Holidays. Thanking him for his service, Dan said, “We are honored to be part of this project with you.”

Along with Dan, Mercedes Feris of Happy Planet Cleaners is working closely with Ronald to schedule his home improvement and home cleaning/organization projects.
