Customer and Community Appreciation Cookout & Blood Drive Held at MidSouth Bank

MidSouth Bank had a wonderful time hosting customers and community members at its Appreciation Cookout & Blood Drive on Friday, April 12 in the parking lot at its office on Beal Parkway.

The event enabled the Bank to share its sincere appreciation of their customers and the community alike who have been instrumental in the MidSouth Bank’s success. Bank officials and employees served their hungry guest hamburgers and hot dogs with all the toppings along with sides such as potato salad and other tasty treats on a beautiful spring day while the sun happily shined overhead.

Along with the Grill Master enthusiastically wafting her spatula and ensuring no one went hungry, MidSouth Bank combined the appreciation event with an opportunity for their guests to do their own good deed—donate blood in The Big Red Bus provided by OneBlood and ensconced in the bank’s parking lot.

100.3 K-ROCK’s B Team Schuyler Black and Bobby Dewrell were amongst the first volunteers offering to share their blood with those for whom such donations are needed to survive.

Along with a delicious lunch and desserts, those who gave their precious blood were rewarded with a $20 eGift Card, insulated tote bag, and a free wellness check-up.

The day proved successful. MidSouth Bank is both grateful and pleased all attendees felt valued while also sharing their own individual community outreach efforts.
