68th Annual Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival

The 68^th Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival will be held May 16 to 19 and concludes with a parade on May 20 at The Landing (131 Brooks Street SE) in Fort Walton Beach. Set along the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida in Fort Walton Beach, this family-friendly, pirate-themed festival a new pirate adventure.

Day one of the 68^th Annual Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival is the Pre-Invasion which will take place on Thursday, May 16, around 4:30 p.m.

Captain Billy Bowlegs and his Krewe arrive between 4:30 and 5 p.m. aboard their pirate ship parade float, the Blackhawk. They’ll be on-hand approximately two hours greeting children, taking photos, and handing out treasure. Other festivities include the highly popular Treasure Hunt, fireworks show, live music, arts and crafts festival, and delicious food and beverages.
