Conservation & Cocktails

Take part in sampling local brews, craft cocktails, seltzers, and more while enjoying music with Gilleran’s Island, conservation and art vendors, live demonstrations, and Lionfish Tournament Weigh-Ins at the Conservation & Cocktails event on May 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. at HarborWalk Village, 26 Harbor Boulevard in Destin. There is an on-site parking fee of $20 valid all day, including same day return.

Chef Jim Shirlah of Dewey Destin’s will demonstrate cooking lionfish demonstration at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Tasting armbands include two drink tickets redeemable for full pours at one of our mobile bars and unlimited samplings from our beverage tents—must be 21 years or older to purchase a tasting armband.

Proceeds will benefit Emerald Coast Reef Association, Choctawhatchee Bay Estuary, Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, and Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida, Inc.
