Fort Walton Beach Fitness Festival

Celebrate World Health Day on April 13 with a fun-filled morning of activities at The Landing in downtown Fort Walton Beach. Then hang around for food at the International Food Truck Festival hosted by Latin Flair Events.

The event is hosted by Community Aid Organization Mission which empowers individuals and communities through comprehensive education, health, and physical well-being, and skill enhancement programs to foster resilience, prosperity, and inclusion in the face of immigration challenges along with Rise N Ride, a locally-owned fitness gym in Fort Walton Beach offering indoor cycling, boxing, strength training, and more.

The schedule includes the following:

9:00 -9:30 a.m. Intros and Stretching with Community Aid Organization
9:45-10:15 a.m. Yoga with Community Aid Organization
10:30-11:00 a.m. Intro to Spin with Rise N Ride
11:15-11:45 a.m. Intro to Boxing with Rise N Ride
12- 3 p.m. Chivas FC Academy FWB offering basic soccer skills.
