Living Healthy Zoom Class for Seniors

The West Florida Area Health Education Center (WFAHEC) is offering a free 6-week online Living Healthy Zoom Class beginning June 4 on Tuesdays from 9-11:30 a.m.

In sponsorship with the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging, Inc. and Florida Department of Elder Affairs, the Living Healthy classes are designed to help seniors aged 60+ with conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, or another chronic condition.

Each participant will receive a free copy of the book Living Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, relaxation CD, and exercise DVD. All designed to help you learn ways to eat well and exercise safely, cope with pain and fatigue, explore new treatment options, and how to talk with your doctor.
