Emerald Coast Parrot Head Club invites you to their Escape to the Island 2024 two-day music festival event being held May 17-18. This is the ultimate island adventure offering some of the best Trop Rock on the Gulf Coast and will be held at two venues—the Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach and the Fort Walton Beach Elks Lodge 1795.

Live music will be provided by Rich Schooner McGuire, Jeff and the Camaros, Rebel Railroad, Ricky Lamb & Bob Banerjee, Jim Asbell and the Tropiholics, BT Turner, Jerry Diaz, Dogwater, Reggie Starrett, Donnie Brewer, and Flash Flood.

General admission to both venues is $80. Get your tickets soon as they sell out fast. Bring your beach chair but remember no outside alcohol is allowed.

The first day of the event will be held at the Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach located at Miracle Strip Parkway Southeast on Okaloosa Island. The fun begins at 11 a.m. and shuts down at 9 p.m. so you can rest for the next day’s adventure.

The second night’s fun will be held from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. at Fort Walton Beach Elks Lodge 1795, 1335 Miracle Stripe Parkway on Okaloosa Island.

Although staying at the hotel is not required (and you must have a ticket to attend the event) you don’t want to miss out on a single minute of fun, so make your room reservations here or by calling Venessa Blackmon, 850-333-7919.

All proceeds benefit Fresh Start for Children and Families and its mission of sharing love and compassion through a comprehensive educational, vocational, and economic housing program to help homeless families achieve self-sufficiency.
